SportsEngine does make it easy to get our team site looking nice, especially with changing pages around and matching everything to our team colors. The layout is clean enough that parents usually don’t get confused, which is a big plus. That said, it wasn’t exactly instant for me to figure out, and a few things felt less obvious than they should’ve. Once I got past that, though, it’s been a solid tool for making the site look organized.

I’ve been using sportsengine to handle our team admin tasks, and the dashboard has made things a lot more manageable. I can update schedules, keep an eye on registrations, and send messages to parents all in one place instead of jumping between different tools. It took me a little bit to get comfortable with it, but now it really cuts down on the back-and-forth and helps me stay on top of everything...

I set up my account quickly and, the login worked just fine. No weird issues or anything for me, so yeah, it was a smooth experience overall.

I used sportsengine to get my son registered for his soccer team and it was painless. The forms made sense, nothing weird, and I didn’t have to keep redoing stuff like I’ve had to on other sites. Payment went through no problem and the confirmation email showed up right away. Whole thing probably took like 10 minutes. Not some super fancy setup or anything, it just worked like it was supposed to...

SportsEngine has been really helpful for getting team emails and game alerts. I used to have to ask other parents all the time, actually, I don’t really need to do that anymore because the notifications come through quickly. It makes keeping track of the schedule a lot less confusing

The privacy settings were straightforward, and I didn’t get that uneasy feeling I sometimes do with apps. Everything just felt clear and easy to understand, so I wasn’t really worried about it.

I’d probably give SportsEngine 4 stars overall. We mainly use it for team messages and schedule updates, and for the most part, it does what we need. The chat and email alerts definitely make it easier to keep parents in the loop without having to send a bunch of separate texts. That said, notifications can be slow sometimes, and a few people have missed updates because of it, which gets frustrating when plans change last minute. Since that’s a important part of the app, I do feel like some kind of credit or compensation would be fair when those issues cause real inconvenience. Overall, it’s still been useful for keeping our team organized, and I’d use it again. It’s not perfect, but it helps.

They’re pretty much always up for helping us, which I do appreciate. Whenever we reach out, someone usually gets back to us and tries to sort things out. That said, I keep running into the same little problems over and over, and it gets frustrating. It’s like the same issue comes back, then we complain, then it gets fixed, and then it happens again. So yes, they’re reliable in a way, but I really wish I didn’t have to repeat myself so much

We had an issue with our team page, and support got back to us really fast. They explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and it was fixed the same day. Couldn't ask for much more.

My subscription renewed fine, at least from what I could tell. I just wish the reminders had been a little clearer beforehand, because I wasn’t totally sure when it was going to happen

SportsEngine has been worth the money for our club. Having schedules, payments, and messages all in one spot saves us a ton of back-and-forth. It took a little bit to get the hang of it, but once we figured it out, it was straightforward. For what we pay, it gets the job done and makes managing the season way less stressful.

sportsengine is fine when it’s actually working right, but man, the schedule stuff can be a hassle. Like if a game time changes, it doesn’t always seem to update everywhere at the same time, or at least not for everyone. I’ve had parents show up based on an old time because the app said one thing and the website showed something else. It’s not completely terrible, but it feels clunky and kind of easy to screw up. Could definitely use some work.

Updating the roster is straightforward, which I appreciate. The only issue is that the player info isn’t always accurate, so I still have to double-check things myself. It’s not a huge deal, but if you’re using this for anything important, you’d expect the basic data to be reliable...

Signed our team up and, the transaction fees felt fair. Nothing weird or hidden popped up, which I definitely appreciated. Payments went through without any issues, and it was easy to see exactly what we were being charged for. So yeah, overall I’m happy with it...

They did help me eventually, but the replies took longer than I expected. I’ll be honest, the waiting made me a bit nervous, like I wasn’t sure if I was being taken seriously or just getting the runaround. In the end it worked out, but faster communication would’ve made me feel a lot more comfortable

My kid’s registration got cancelled, so I had to go through SportsEngine for a refund. The website itself was fine, I guess, but getting my money back was such a hassle. I sent messages, waited around for days, and then the replies I got barely answered anything. I had to keep following up, which got old really fast. The refund did finally show up, but it took way more effort and patience than it should have

I’ve had a good experience with this app overall. It’s easy to figure out, which I really appreciated the first time I used it because I remember feeling relieved that I didn’t have to dig around to get things done. The only thing that gets frustrating is that the notifications sometimes come in late, and I’ve had a couple moments where I was waiting on an update and ended up checking manually.
